The Ponds Little Athletics Centre extends a warm invitation to all curent club members, volunteers and interested community members to join us for our
Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM is an opportunity to volunteer for a role in our team to help support a club that provides fun, family, fitness for well over 500 local athletes in The Ponds and its surrounding suburbs over the summer months. The club can only function when volunteers step forward: and thrives when new ideas are shared. Our Club is run entirely by other parents and community members volunteering their time and skills in different areas. There are roles in the Club across a diverse range of areas and most require a very small time commitment across a season. 

All roles will become vacant ready to accept nominations.

This meeting will be held in accordance with the TPLAC Constitution.

The order of business will be:
1. Welcome and Apologies
2. Adoption of Minutes from previous AGM
3. Submission of the President’s Report and Financial Report
4. Submission of Executive Reports and Committee Reports
6. Election of the Centre Executive and Committee
7. Any Other Business
